1. The Promoter

This promotion ("the Promotion") is conducted by:

4. How to Enter

  1. During the Promotion Period, purchase three (3) bottles of Magnum Tonic Wine in a single transaction from any participating retailer.
  2. Retain the original purchase receipt as proof of qualifying purchase.
  3. Scan the QR code on the promotional flyer or back-label to visit win.magnumhubtv.com.
  4. Complete the entry form in full, including a clear, legible image of your purchase receipt showing the date, retailer, items purchased and total.
  5. Submit your entry. You will receive an on-screen confirmation including a unique reference number.

Limit: One (1) entry per qualifying purchase receipt. Multiple qualifying receipts may be submitted as separate entries. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any receipt submitted.

Guyana Consolation Prizes

For Guyana entrants, additional consolation prizes include a motorbike and cash prizes. Quantities and ARV per [Annex A].

No substitution. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered, except at the Promoter's sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Promoter, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

Personal information collected through this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Campari Group Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law in each market. Information collected will be used to administer the Promotion, contact winners, verify eligibility, and — where you have separately consented — for marketing communications from Magnum Tonic Wine.

12. Responsible Drinking

Magnum Tonic Wine is an alcoholic beverage and is intended only for persons of legal drinking age. The Promoter promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly. Do not share with anyone under the legal drinking age.

13. Modification & Termination

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to compliance with applicable law and any required regulatory approvals.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of each country: Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, and Barbados. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in each respective country.
